SebiChacko is one of the leading professionals in the space of Diversity and Inclusion and change management in Asia. He leads and  represents the leading industry bodies in India ( Confederation of Indian Industry and NASSCOM) in its efforts at Diversity. He is the Convenor of the Disability Forum and Co Convenor of the Diversity and Inclusion Forum , CII and is on the Steering Committee of  NASSCOM Foundation. He leads the disability initiative at Thomson Reuters across Asia. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of Enable India – one of the leading NGO’s in the area of Disability in India. His work has led to several awards being conferred on him and the organizations he has contributed to  including the prestigious NDTV Business Leadership Award for Diversity and Inclusion, the Shell Helen Keller Award, National Safety Award,  Best Employer Award and the Global Community Champion Award. He is also an advisor and mentor to several Fortune 500 companies on Diversity at the Workplace.

SebiChacko is the Head of Human Resources ( South Asia ) GGO for Thomson Reuters. He has led the one the curent business worlds most complex and equal sized succesful integration of Thomson and Reuters in India, which the second largest location of Thomson Reuters globally. He has been a member of the Board of Thomson Corporation India Services Pvt Ltd. He is a  Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, UK. Prior to this assignment in India he was based in the UK and has been in leading HR for companies like Citibank, Coats Viyella and Ness Technologies  and consulting to blue chip corporates.He is on the academic councils of leading business schools in India and has been a govenor of a college in the UK. He has completed his management studies from XLRI and executive education from INSEAD, Singapore and Stephen M.Ross Business School, Uty of Michigan.
