Manoj Soma – Founder Director
Manoj has both academic and professional experience in disability sports, diversity, inclusion, and international development. He has a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and is a fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD).
He has worked on many projects in the UK and overseas throughout his career involving training and consultancy, leadership development, and promoting diversity and inclusion. Manoj has also helped organisations comply with legislative requirements on equality and promote the business case of Diversity and Inclusion. In addition, his experience includes sports, coaching, workforce equality and management, cultural integration and strategic HR planning and support.
Manoj is passionate about disability sports and inclusion. He plays and coaches Wheelchair Basketball and Wheelchair Tennis and is a qualified Personal Trainer.
Manoj has led many international disability development projects, in particular around Empowerment and disability sports development. In addition, he has several years of experience advising and training International NGOs on disability Inclusion and Diversity.
Richard Frost – Director
Richard is a highly experienced Director in the international disability development sector. He is passionate about disability sports and social inclusion.
Richard is one of the founders of The Motivation Charitable Trust and he served as its CEO from its inception until December 2016. .Motivation’s mission is to improve the quality of life of people with disabilities, predominantly in developing countries.
While he was working as CEO of Motivation he became an Advisor for Choice. Richard has over 25 years’ experience in the international disability development sector and with a wealth of relevant experience, he now supports Choice as a Director, to build a sustainable future.
